Course Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Provisional bookings cannot be made. In order to make a booking, a 50% deposit or valid invoice address must be given.
  2. If a purchase order number is required, this must also be given at the time of booking, or at the latest, on the day of the course. We will not use a purchase order number unless it is requested that we do so.
  3. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
  4. If paying by cash or card, a 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking, and the remainder paid at the start of the course. The deposit is refundable up until 7 days before the course date. Within 7 days, the deposit is retained by MCC.
  5. 7 days notice must be given if a course is to be cancelled. If this is not given, 50% of the total course fee is payable.
  6. If a smaller group than expected attends the session, a fee of 50% will be applicable to those not attending, unless 7 days notice is given.
  7. Should your session be cancelled by MCC, we will endeavour to rearrange the session at a mutually suitable time. If rearrangement is not possible, any monies already paid will be refunded.
  8. School/Youth Groups are taught on a ratio of 1:9. If you require a smaller ratio, extra instructors must be paid for. Rates for extra instructors must be arranged at the time of booking. Points 4 and 5 still apply.
  9. While on a session, the instructor is responsible for the group. They reserve the right to remove an individual or stop a session, should the behaviour of that individual or group be infringing on the safety of themselves or others. No discounts will be made for sessions ended early due to disruptive behaviour.
  10. Sessions must start and end on time. If a group is late, the session will not be run over to accommodate this. This is because we usually have sessions running back-to-back.
