Meeting Room Bookings Terms and
Conditions :
Section 1: Rearrangement of booking type or booking
dates.
1.1 A customer may apply to change the booking type or
date as long as this is carried out more than one week
away from the date of the original booking.
1.2 Any requests to change booking or dates within one
week of the booking will be subject to of 50% of the full
fee, and at the discretion of Manchester Climbing Centre
.
Section 2: Cancellation
by the Customer - Financial
Costs
50% of the total fee
where cancellation by the customer takes place within
one weeks of the event will be payable.
100% of the total
fee where cancellation by the customer takes place on
or after the commencement date will be payable.
Section 3: Cancellation by Manchester Climbing
Centre
3.1 We endeavour to ensure all bookings will proceed as
planned, however, in the unlikely event of cancellation,
MCC will notify the customer as soon as is possible.
3.2 In the event of cancellation by MCC the options are:
3.2.1 Full refund of any monies already paid.
3.2.2 Another booking on a different date.
Section 4: Conditions of use
4.1 Any damage to the room or fittings will be charged
to the customer.
4.2 No smoking is permitted anywhere within the centre.
4.3 No alcohol is to be consumed anywhere within the centre.
4.4 The room must be vacated and left in a reasonable
condition by the time agreed.
4.5 All fees must be paid within 14 days of the receipt
of an invoice from MCC.
