This two day qualification course will focus on; route setting good practice, the creative process, hold attachment, rescues, rope-work, WAH regulations, LOLER, ladder use, equipment / tools and more. The course is intended for climbers who have a have a basic level of rope-work skills, can lead / belay and and ability to climb F6b indoors. The course is also appropriate for designated route setter rescuers. Attendance on Level 1 is NOT a pre-requirement for this course.
It will be taught by Nate McMullan, Professional Route Setter, RSA Senior Trainer and Mountaineering Instructor. All equipment provided.
This course is approved for 1 MTA or 2 AMI CPD points.
