Welcome to the Rocks Café page. This is the place to be when you're not hanging out on the walls at Manchester 's newest and biggest indoor climbing centre. Enjoy a steaming latte and hot panini as you watch the action from the best viewing gallery in town.

Set on the mezzanine the café offers the best view of the climbing action but don't forget to look at what else is around. The breathtaking architecture of St Benedict's church. Built in the last quarter of the nineteenth century by Alderman John Bennett and designed by Mr J S Crowther, the church is a grade 2 listed building and has an unusual Italianate style of the kind often found in the centre of Bologna . Check out the roof and the huge stained glass windows at each end. Quite a place to have lunch!

We have a large range of confectionary, cakes and hot snacks as well as speciality coffee's, teas and cold drinks. If you're here to watch the kids, why not bring your laptop and take advantage of our WiFi availability and get an hours work in over lunch.

We also offer a catering option for birthday groups and on site corporate events. For the Kids, after they have scaled a few walls and swung on a rope they can get together for a buffet of snacks, drinks and even a birthday cake.

For the corporate events we offer a range of possibilities from hot drinks with biscuits up to a full savoury/sweet buffet with multiple options.

Drinks

We offer just about every drink going from traditional tea to a very yummy hot chocolate abyss with cream and marshmallows! Try a mocha for a change or one of a large range of herbal teas. We also offer a large range of cold drinks from those of the isotonic variety for those needing to re-hydrate to the superb innocent smoothies and just about everything in-between.

Cakes and Confectionary

The sugar monster is well caterered for at Rocks Café. As well as all the usual branded confectionary you would expect to find at any other café we also offer a large range of flapjacks and traybakes. The dairy unit housing these treats is always the first place people look when the hunger bug bites.

Hot and Cold Snacks

As well as a large variety of cold sandwiches on a choice of breads we also offer hot soup, bacon rolls (everyone's favourite), jacket potatoes with a range of toppings and pretty much every filling available as a toastie or a panini. We make everything to order so you can choose the topping you like...and we get some pretty unusual requests.how about a baked bean and cheese toastie?! Its fresh food at its best and guaranteed to hit the spot.

You don't need to climb to enjoy the café. The view from the gallery really is something else. Not simply a coffee stop, this is a feast of an experience you will never forget.
